Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information.

Bangladesh has its own cultural, religious, legal, and social norms. Clients and travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, dress codes, religious places, communities, and public behaviour standards.

The Bengal Logistics Ltd. will not be responsible for penalties, legal issues, delays, denial of access, or disputes caused by a client’s failure to follow local laws or customs.

17. Photography, Media and Documentation

For media, documentary, research, filming, photography, or project documentation services, clients may need permission from local authorities, property owners, individuals, organisations, or government bodies.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their media activity is lawful and properly authorised.

The Bengal Logistics Ltd. may assist with coordination or documentary support if agreed, but we do not guarantee approval from authorities or third parties.
